General Information:
- Classes are specifically designed to support pregnant women during this exciting new phase. With a highly experienced yoga instructor, you will notice the benefits after each session.

Number of moms per group: 10
A minimum of 5 participants per class is required to teach the class. - Lessons are primarily taught in German. The teacher also speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian, allowing you to integrate well in case you don't speak the language.
- Please bring your own mat. Once you register by purchasing one of our passes, you can store it at our Center for your convenience.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, the class can be rescheduled only once.

About the yoga teacher
Yullia is a physiotherapist based in Düsseldorf with a passion for empowering women through movement and mindful practices. She holds over 400 hours of certified yoga training from Düsseldorf and Rishikesh, India, the heart of yoga. As a certified pelvic floor physiotherapist and a mother of two, she deeply understands the unique changes the body undergoes during pregnancy.
For over two years, Yullia has been offering prenatal yoga classes to numerous clients, helping them stay active, comfortable, and centered throughout their pregnancy journey. Her classes focus on pelvic floor health, gentle strength-building, and preparing women for childbirth and beyond.
Whether someone is in their first trimester or approaching delivery, Yullia’s prenatal yoga classes offer a space to connect with their body, their baby, and other moms-to-be. During the lessons, she will support you in experiencing a smooth, empowering, and joyful pregnancy journey.

A certified pelvic floor physiotherapist and mother of two, Yuliia brings extensive expertise in supporting women through pregnancy. For more than two years, she has helped clients stay active, comfortable, and centered with classes focusing on pelvic floor health, gentle strength-building, and childbirth preparation. Her sessions provide a nurturing space for moms-to-be to connect with their bodies, their babies, and each other, fostering an empowering and joyful pregnancy journey.
Yes, the course is plan to come weekly. You can try one lesson with the trial ticket and the you have to buy a pass for 6 or 12 lessons.
The trial ticket costs 14.99€. The 6-lesson pass costs 119€, and the 12-lesson pass costs 225€. The passes are valid for 50 and 100 days, respectively, and are designed for weekly attendance. Each pass allows for one rescheduling.
