About this workshop

The “Understanding Baby and Toddler Sleep” Workshop is designed for parents of children aged 0–24 months, offering essential insights into creating a restful and supportive sleep environment. This workshop provides a welcoming space to explore the foundations of baby and toddler sleep, including understanding sleep patterns, recognizing signs of sleep readiness, and establishing routines that promote restful nights and a secure parent-child bond.

Few topics concern parents of babies and toddlers as much as sleep—and for good reason. Babies grow and change rapidly, especially in their first year, which often brings challenges such as long bedtime routines, frequent night wakings, and early-morning starts. Many parents feel unsure about how to help their child sleep more peacefully and for longer stretches.

Led by Liana Schäfer, an experienced Early Childhood Educator and Certified Sleep Consultant, this workshop introduces parents to the essential foundations of baby and toddler sleep. With valuable, practical guidance, parents will leave equipped with strategies they can start applying immediately to improve their family’s sleep.

The session includes a 50–60 minute informative presentation, followed by a short break and an open Q&A session. During the Q&A, participants will have the chance to ask their questions and benefit from Liana’s expertise, as well as insights shared by other parents.

This workshop is ideal for parents of babies and toddlers aged 0–24 months.
