Spring Art Course for Schoolchildren
(6-12 years)
Our painting courses, for children aged 6 to 12 years old, focus on creative experimentation. Using watercolors, acrylics, oil pastels, and charcoal, children explore different materials and bring their own ideas to life. Through this process, they learn various techniques – from delicate watercolor gradients to bold lines with charcoal or oil pastels.
Each session introduces a new and exciting task: sometimes we paint a still life with colorful objects, while other times we create fun or imaginative portraits. Children can experiment with brushes, sponges, or spatulas, mixing, dabbing, or layering colors to explore different artistic effects.
We also incorporate crafting activities, such as creating collages or combining different materials in unique ways. Using fabric scraps, wool, newspaper, old book pages, and natural materials, children create small works of art with exciting textures and special effects.
Beyond artistic skills, children develop fine motor skills, a sense of color and form, and creative confidence. They learn to bring their ideas to life, combine different materials, and express themselves freely through art. At the same time, concentration and patience are fostered as they create their own personal masterpieces in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
