Mit dem Kauf einer Eintrittskarte erkennen die Besucher diese AGB an.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 Eintrittskarten sind spezifisch f\u00fcr die gebuchten Zeiten und k\u00f6nnen ausschlie\u00dflich \u00fcber die Website des Centers erworben werden. Umtausch oder R\u00fcckgabe sind ausgeschlossen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.3&nbsp;Tickets f\u00fcr &#8221; Work cycle and free play&#8221; k\u00f6nnen bis zu 3 Tage vor der Veranstaltung storniert werden. Im Falle einer Stornierung durch den Kunden werden 75 % zur\u00fcckerstattet &#8211; eine Verwaltungsgeb\u00fchr von 25 % wird abgezogen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4nderung von Datum und Uhrzeit: \u00c4nderungen des Datums und der Uhrzeit von &#8220;Work cycle and free play&#8221;-Tickets sind mit einer Ank\u00fcndigung von mindestens zwei Stunden vor Beginn des gebuchten Blocks zul\u00e4ssig. Dies gibt anderen die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Raum bei Bedarf zu nutzen.<\/p>\n<p>No-Show-Politik: Erfolgt keine Benachrichtigung \u00fcber die Stornierung, wird keine Erstattung oder \u00c4nderung gew\u00e4hrt. Unter au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Umst\u00e4nden k\u00f6nnen Ausnahmen gelten.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 2 Kurse, Workshops und Veranstaltungen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 Kurse, Workshops und Veranstaltungen sind nicht im Eintrittspreis enthalten und m\u00fcssen separat gebucht werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 Stornierungen sind bis mindestens 7 Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung oder mit einem \u00e4rztlichen Attest m\u00f6glich, wobei 75% des Betrags erstattet werden. Die Termine sind bindend und k\u00f6nnen nicht verschoben werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 3 Kursanmeldungen und -stornierungen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1 Verbindliche Anmeldung: Die Anmeldung zu Kinderkursen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen au\u00dferhalb der regul\u00e4ren \u00d6ffnungszeiten erfolgt ausschlie\u00dflich \u00fcber das daf\u00fcr vorgesehene Anmeldeformular auf unserer Website. Die Kursgeb\u00fchr muss umgehend \u00fcber die Website bezahlt werden, um die Buchung abzuschlie\u00dfen. Erst nach erfolgter Zahlung ist die Teilnahme am Kurs verbindlich reserviert. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, bei der Buchung alle erforderlichen Daten korrekt anzugeben. Durch die Anmeldung best\u00e4tigt der Erziehungsberechtigte, dass das Kind am entsprechenden Kurs bzw. an der Veranstaltung teilnimmt, und verpflichtet sich zur rechtzeitigen Bezahlung der f\u00e4lligen Geb\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2 Durchf\u00fchrung der gebuchten Kurse, Workshops und Veranstaltungen: Sollte die Mindestteilnehmerzahl (mind. 6 Teilnehmer) f\u00fcr einen gebuchten Kurs nicht erreicht werden, beh\u00e4lt sich das Montessori Family Center das Recht vor, den Kurs abzusagen. In diesem Fall wird dem Kunden eine vollst\u00e4ndige R\u00fcckerstattung des bezahlten Betrags angeboten oder es wird ihm die M\u00f6glichkeit einger\u00e4umt, an einer zuk\u00fcnftigen Veranstaltung teilzunehmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3 Stornierung einer Kursbuchung: Eine Stornierung der Anmeldung zu einem gebuchten Kurs ist nur im Krankheitsfall des Teilnehmers und unter Vorlage eines \u00e4rztlichen Attests schriftlich m\u00f6glich. In Ausnahmef\u00e4llen und nach pers\u00f6nlicher R\u00fccksprache kann eine R\u00fcckerstattung der Kursgeb\u00fchr erfolgen. Im Falle einer Stornierung eines laufenden Kinderkurses durch den Teilnehmer bleibt der volle Kursbeitrag dennoch f\u00e4llig. Bei pers\u00f6nlicher Abwesenheit des angemeldeten Teilnehmers besteht kein Anspruch auf R\u00fcckerstattung. Die Aufsichts- und Sorgfaltspflicht liegt bei den Eltern oder den begleitenden Erwachsenen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3 Alle Empfehlungen, die von den Fachkr\u00e4ften des Montessori Family Center w\u00e4hrend der zweist\u00fcndigen Spielzeiten, Workshops, Kurse und Veranstaltungen gegeben werden, sind lediglich Anregungen und Vorschl\u00e4ge. Die Umsetzung liegt im Ermessen der Besucher. Das Montessori Family Center steht den Besuchern nur beratend, begleitend und unterst\u00fctzend zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4 Das Montessori Family Center haftet f\u00fcr einfache Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten. Dies gilt nicht f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des K\u00f6rpers oder der Gesundheit. Die Haftung ist auf den vertragstypischen und vorhersehbaren Schaden begrenzt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 5 Nutzungsregeln<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 Essen &amp; Trinken: Das Essen und der Verzehr von offenen Getr\u00e4nken (Flaschen gelten nicht als offene Getr\u00e4nke) sind nur im K\u00fcchenbereich gestattet. Eltern und Betreuer tragen die Verantwortung daf\u00fcr, dass sie hei\u00dfe Getr\u00e4nke sicher aufbewahren und nicht in die H\u00e4nde von Kindern gelangen lassen. Es muss stets darauf geachtet werden, dass kein Kind Zugang zu hei\u00dfen Getr\u00e4nken hat. Hei\u00dfe Getr\u00e4nke f\u00fcr Erwachsene d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich in der K\u00fcche konsumiert werden. Kinder und Erwachsene sollten Socken oder Hausschuhe tragen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4 Sorgf\u00e4ltiger Umgang mit Gegenst\u00e4nden: Die Eltern sind verantwortlich daf\u00fcr, dass ihre Kinder alle Gegenst\u00e4nde und Spielzeuge sorgf\u00e4ltig behandeln und entsprechend anleiten. Sollte es zu einer Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit seitens des Kindes kommen, die zu einer Besch\u00e4digung eines Gegenstandes f\u00fchrt, beh\u00e4lt sich das Montessori Family Center das Recht vor, den entstandenen Schaden in Rechnung zu stellen. Es ist wichtig, dass Eltern ihren Kindern den respektvollen Umgang mit Materialien vermitteln und sie dazu ermutigen, Verantwortung f\u00fcr ihr Handeln zu \u00fcbernehmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 6 Belegung und Sicherheit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 Die Nutzung des Spielraums ist auf eine Belegung beschr\u00e4nkt, die im Rahmen der Brandschutzbestimmungen als sicher und angemessen betrachtet wird. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Anzahl der Kinder und Betreuer im Spielraum zu jedem Zeitpunkt zu begrenzen, um die Sicherheit und den Komfort aller zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Im Interesse der Gemeinschaft behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Kinder nach Hause zu schicken, um eine angemessene Genesungszeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nach den Richtlinien der Gesundheitsdienste ist ein klarer Nasenausfluss bei Kindern unter 4 Jahren akzeptabel. Bitte denken Sie daran, sich vor und nach dem Unterricht gr\u00fcndlich die H\u00e4nde zu waschen, um die Verbreitung von Krankheiten zu verhindern.
